Agreement
By installing the Video to MP3 Converter extension or using videotomp3converter.org, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
What the service does
The extension lets you convert videos you are viewing into audio or video files using our conversion servers, and save them to your device. Features, formats and limits may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibility for content
You may only convert content that you own, that is in the public domain or under a licence that allows it, or that you otherwise have permission to download. You are solely responsible for what you convert and how you use it, and for complying with the terms of the sites you use and with copyright law where you live. We do not host, index or provide any content.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, to overload or attack our servers, to bypass limits, or to resell conversions. We may limit or block use that does.
Limits
To keep the service available for everyone, we apply limits such as the number of conversions per day and the maximum length of a video. Current limits are shown in the extension and in our FAQ.
Memberships and payments
Some features may require a paid membership in the future. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Pricing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases cover the life of the product. Refunds are handled case by case — email us within 14 days of a charge.
Availability
We work to keep conversions running, but video sites change without notice and some videos can't be converted. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend access if you break these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
